All sales are final, so please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Exceptions:

• If your item is tested and found not to be as described, we’ll gladly issue a refund. Please note that stone color is not included in this exception, as color grading is subjective and depends on the tester’s interpretation. Supporting documentation from a recognized tester may be required.
• As gemstones are natural, natural inclusions or slight surface flaws are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund. These features are part of the stone’s unique character and beauty.
  
  

Refunds
If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
• Card payments: A 3.5% processing fee is non-refundable, since it’s charged by the payment provider. You’ll receive the product cost back, minus this fee.
• PayNow or bank transfer payments: A full refund will be made with no deductions.
• Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
